Our founder started Axon after decades as a software executive and serial entrepreneur in Silicon Valley. He's a lifelong audio and home networking enthusiast — someone who has spent years thinking carefully about how technology should work in the places people actually live.
That background shapes everything about how Axon approaches a project. We're not tied to proprietary systems or flagship vendor relationships. We'll use open-source platforms like Home Assistant when they're the right tool. We'll spec Ubiquiti, Lutron, or a lesser-known product that fits the job perfectly. The goal is always the right answer for your home — not the easiest answer for us.
